Breakfast is French style and included, with all six of us at one table. The house has three rooms, one on the ground floor, and a shared living room with a kitchen. That downstairs room might not be much fun if other guests stay up late in the living room, so I'd book room 2 or 3. Very good value for money.

We booked two rooms and were really happy with our stay. The rooms were spotless and nicely designed, and our host was so friendly. Breakfast was simple, but good. We'd happily recommend it.

We found a few interesting things to see in Avaranches, and it made a good stop between the Normandy beaches and Mont Saint Michelle. We had a very good lunch at Grand Cafe' de la Union, too. The neighborhood was quiet, the new rooms were spacious and clean, and there was a large shared area. Our host got in touch beforehand and made us feel welcome, with plenty of help when we needed it.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, including homemade jams, and it was a great value for the price. The room itself was modern, roomy, and clean, with a really comfortable mattress. Everything was peaceful, and we slept wonderfully.

We stayed three nights, and the price was reasonable. It was a quiet, clean place with modern decor, and we were welcomed with a smile. Breakfast was generous.
