We really liked the apartment and would come again. It was warm, very clean, a good size for two, and the views were lovely. The situation was great, and having an elevator was a bonus. For the price, though, it would have been nicer if bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi were included instead of costing extra. That felt a bit unfriendly and made it seem overpriced. Bringing all your bedding from home for just two nights is a pain.

The kitchen hood light wasn’t working. Cleaning also wasn’t good: the floors were sandy and dusty, and some of the cutlery was dirty.

The pool and heated ski storage were highlights for us, and there’s a playground just steps from the residence. We loved the apartment and its lovely view, and the location was perfect. Thanks for the warm welcome and kindness. We’ll see you next year!

The balcony view was magnificent, and the pool was nice, but a lot went wrong during our stay. At check-in they couldn’t find our reservation, even though we’d paid in full through Booking.com. It took an hour and a half to two hours of discussion before we could get in, and the owners gave us neither an apology nor compensation, which really worried us. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was hair and skin debris on the bed. Cleaning products came right away, but the sheets took an hour, arriving around 8 or 9 pm. They’d also forgotten our towels, which we’d mentioned at check-in, and we didn’t get them until the next day. There was no toilet paper either, and some only arrived the following morning after we reported it. A small water heater means only one person can use the jacuzzi at a time if you’re sharing a room. The sauna didn’t always work, and we had to ask several times. The balcony was covered in snow, and Wi-Fi costs extra, which is absurd.
