Céline, who looks after the breakfast area, took wonderful care of us at Mercure Ax Les Thermes on New Year's Day. She turned an unfortunate situation into a really pleasant and memorable breakfast with her calm, graceful manner and plenty of empathy. Impeccable service. Thank you, Céline. We’ll visit again when we’re back in Ax Les Thermes, and hopefully stay at the hotel next time.

This is such a beautiful spot in Aix, and the location is perfect for the city. In winter they had a crepe bar from 3:30-6pm, which was lovely after the baths, and the service was great. There are a few kinks around the bar service and which alcohol they can serve, but I’m sure they’ll work those out. We’re excited to come back, stay the night, and try the restaurant. It looked fabulous ❤️

We came back after three weeks, hoping to have the excellent dinner we’d enjoyed on our first stay. Reception told us the restaurant was full and we couldn’t eat there, which was a real disappointment. I went to the restaurant anyway, and the lovely staff found us a table. Dinner was fantastic, so it was worth not giving up.

We stopped for coffee and a drink on the way to Andorra. The property is beautiful, and the staff were kind and attentive. Our nine-month-old needed to crawl around and get some wiggles out during the road trip, and the servers were very gracious about it. We hadn’t been planning to stay in Ax Les Thermes, but now we’re hoping to come back and stay here on a future trip. Merci beaucoup!

A fantastic short stay with the family. Good facilities, a handy location, and probably the best hotel in Ax. Breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
