I’m here now and disappointed. The apartments are basic, which is okay, but every facility is closed: gym, sauna, and pool. There’s no indication when they’ll be fixed. If these things aren’t working during a ski holiday, customers should be told so we can go somewhere else.

We had a great time staying in the apartment and will hopefully come back.

The internet in the rooms is poor.

We picked this holiday village for its amenities, but none of them were usable: the pool was shut, the sauna was out of order, and the elevators were broken. Everything listed in the description was unavailable. There are extra charges for Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels, even for basic things. We weren’t given clear information in advance, and nobody offered a solution on site. The price is completely unjustified. A very disappointing stay, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
