The building's careful restoration preserves a lovely historic feel while still offering modern comforts. It's peaceful and elegant inside, and the breakfast was satisfying and delicious. The whole team was friendly and efficient, especially the manager, who made us feel genuinely welcome. Having a secure, easy-to-reach parking hall was a real convenience. A very enjoyable stay, with excellent amenities and service.

The small, personal feel of the hotel was a real pleasure, and it was nice to support a local initiative. It's also in a great spot for exploring the area. Everyone was kind and thoughtful from the booking onward, and we got a heartfelt welcome when we arrived. The hotel was spotless and beautifully kept, with a heated pool that was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was high quality. We'd happily recommend it and come back.

Everything was so clean, and the rooms were a great size. There's tea and coffee available in the living room, and the attention to detail made this quaint, welcoming hotel feel special. Everyone was wonderful with my daughter, and they even surprised her with a piece of chocolate. It was very kid friendly and right near everything in Aÿ. We felt appreciated from the moment we arrived. Thanks to everyone who made the trip special, we'll definitely be back.

The staff were so personal and friendly, and we loved this beautiful hotel. Their suggestions for where to drink champagne in the village and get coffee in the morning were spot on. We'll definitely return.

A stay comes with a complimentary visit to Champagne Goutorbe, the hotel's owners, and it's a must. We had another lovely trip with friends. The rooms were good, with wide beds that were quite firm, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good quality, though there was no hot food. The pool was chilly but refreshing.
