For over a year, we've worked closely with Résidence Kiwi, and it's always a pleasure. Their management is professional, efficient and responsive, which makes the day-to-day work much easier. The aparthotels are functional, well kept and suited to welcoming travelers comfortably. Being close to La Rochelle and the ocean is another real plus for visitors. We wholeheartedly recommend this aparthotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kiwi residence, in an apartment just 200 meters from Aytré beach. Such a treat! 🏖️ The manager was lovely, attentive and helpful, and the welcome was impeccable. You can feel the care and attention to detail that comes with a small family-run business. I highly recommend it.

We had a great beach holiday here and will be back! The accommodation is well located for the beach, transport, activities and amenities. It's functional and quiet, even at night with the windows open, and has everything you need for a few days. The team was great and made sure everything went smoothly. Good luck to the young people who look after everything for you! 5⭐, obviously!

Aytré station is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's an easy-access beach nearby. It's a quiet, clean place, without being too far from all the activity in La Rochelle.
