Seeing the horses and chickens when we woke up was a lovely part of our stay at Puits de la Foltière. The chickens' freshly laid eggs were served at breakfast, such a natural luxury. Our room looked out over the countryside, and our hosts gave us a warm welcome. A charming place to stop.

We had a sensational breakfast with eggs from the hosts' own chickens. There was covered parking, a kitchen, and a lovely garden, plus two great modern rooms. The hosts were super friendly, and this is a perfect base for visiting the surrounding châteaux. Highly recommended.

We found a lovely little place for our few days passing through the region. It's quiet and friendly, and a lovely, attentive woman showed us to our charming room overlooking a large garden where we could also have breakfast. She knows the area well and can offer tips on sightseeing, restaurants, and more. We recommend it 100 percent and would definitely return if we're nearby again. Kevin and Marie.
