Le Toul' Broch

The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful, and wouldn't book us a room even though the hotel was open on booking for that period. They said they wanted to be able to go on holidays, and we were booking for a longer period. The main issue was how unprofessional and rude they were. We'd previously been told it would be fine, so we'd made our business plans around that location. I'm upset about it.

My son has an invisible disability, and we went to pick up a package. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and close to physical aggression. He was curt and cold, wouldn't even say hello, and kept his eyes averted. It's shameful to act like that when you run a bar, hotel, and grocery store. If you're annoyed, sir, maybe find another line of work. You pushed my son while he was holding the package, without explaining anything. He felt awful, and he's struggling to understand how you treated him and to recover from it. I suppose that doesn't interest you. I'll come back to see you without my son, and I advise you to behave politely this time.

We were welcomed warmly by the very friendly staff, and breakfast was generous. It's a quiet two-star hotel, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the manager and his team!

The manager was very friendly and welcomed us warmly, and the room, bedding, and bathroom were impeccably clean. Ideal for a short stay. I'm delighted to have found this hotel, with unbeatable value for money.
