I felt so stressed and uncomfortable that I had to cancel my three-week spa treatment, which I needed for health reasons, and leave just three days after arriving. I lost the money for the stay and train tickets, and never got my treatment. I don't recommend this place at all. The apartment was noisy, and my experience with the owner was awful. The owner had promised me the place would be quiet, but that wasn't true. The bedroom was poorly soundproofed, with wooden exterior walls and a wooden staircase right outside, so I could hear other tenants coming and going. In summer the street outside the living room is busy too. After receiving my bank transfer and security deposit, the owner stopped answering the phone. On arrival day, she wrongly accused me of jamming her washing machine, without coming to check or helping me. She also wouldn't do the move-in or move-out inspections with me present, leaving me worried I might never see my deposit check again. Luckily, I filmed my own move-out inspection and had witnesses who saw me leave the apartment and the city. The day after I left, she called to wrongly accuse me again, this time of changing the lockbox code, which was impossible, and threatened to keep my deposit even though I'd already transferred the full cost of my stay. I told her I'd filmed everything and had witnesses. She hung up, then texted two hours later to say she'd managed to get into the apartment and, of course, everything was fine.
