The Grand Thermes is just across the road, which is a great location. The staff were lovely, so welcoming and kind.

The team were lovely and really helpful during my stay. Some parts could use a refresh, but it's incredibly easy to get to the thermal spas, only about 20 Murs away. Well worth it for a first visit.

We paid €209 for one night in a studio, with breakfast and access to the Aquensis spa. The apartment was okay, but nothing special, and the facilities didn't feel worth that price. It was only 15 degrees Celsius when we arrived, and the radiators were too small to warm the place. They seemed to have been switched on just before we got there. The bar downstairs was noisy, too. We had already paid for the Aqua Pass, yet still had to stand in the same queue as people buying tickets. I don't see what the pass was for. Breakfast was very basic: bread, a croissant, coffee, and tiny tubs of the cheapest jam and butter. At that price, that's not acceptable. The breakfast room was cold as well, and nearly everyone stayed in their coats. It wasn't a disaster, but it fell well short of what the price suggested.
