We were charged a 300€ deposit. On our last day, the receptionist checked the room and said we would get it back, but it still hasn’t been returned. We had three bedrooms, and one had a horrible smell, like poo. We couldn’t use that room. The receptionist agreed there was a problem but said he couldn’t do anything to fix it.

The residence and studios were fine, though not perfect: we booked 7 rooms, a dishwasher was broken, and a few door handles were broken. The problem was how city tax was handled. A week after our booking, they still had one of our deposit cheques, apparently because they couldn’t find it, even though we paid it on booking®.

A lovely place to stay!

Good evening. We arrived today to find the accommodation in a deplorable condition. There was water under the bed, the mattresses were wet and moldy, some equipment was missing, and the bathroom heater didn’t work. It was noisy too, and some quiet in the hallways would have been appreciated. Customer service says there’s no solution and we have to fend for ourselves. We’re still waiting for some kind of compensation.

Really disappointing service. The mattresses were damp and moldy, and we couldn’t get replacements, so we had to sort it out ourselves. Customer service was nonexistent. The bathroom had no heat either, which is appalling for a ski holiday. There wasn’t a clothes rail, either.
