The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable during our one-night stay. Our friend's room faced the main street, while ours looked onto a dark, partly covered outdoor corridor, so we had to keep the curtains and window shut. The receptionist was professional, though she seemed in a hurry to get back to the neighboring hotel, which I think is part of the same company. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of fresh choices, and the gentleman serving it was friendly and attentive. A nice stay, but nothing exceptional.

The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. We also appreciated the spacious, bright, comfortable rooms, with everything we needed after hiking. Alti Hotel is ideally placed in Bagnères-de-Luchon, with gorgeous mountain views that put you right in the Pyrenees. A wonderful find for our stay in Luchon, and somewhere we'll remember fondly.

The central location made everything so convenient, and the friendly, smiling staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very complete too. Hotel Alti in Bagnères-de-Luchon felt comfortable and personal, with a really welcoming atmosphere. We have lovely memories of our stay and will be back soon 😊

We weren't satisfied at all. The room was pretty and clean, which is a shame, because there were so many problems. It was noisy all night and not soundproof: we heard tables being dragged and moved, street noise, and early morning rubbish collection and deliveries. When we raised the noise, reception explained that we were near the breakfast room and staff were working. The in-room fridge didn't work, the bedside light still failed after its bulb was changed, and using the bathroom hairdryer gave off a very unpleasant smell.
