The pool was great, and I went with a group of Australian bike riders and had a ball. This is a classic hotel with dated rooms, but the staff are fantastic. The formal evening meal was easily the best thing on offer, and probably the best dinner experience I’ve had in France. The menu is very good value at 40e. Staff are formal and attentive, and they respond well when you chat and interact with them. Thanks Dominique and legend for all your help.

We were on motorbikes, so parking and a pool made this place ideal. It’s clean, has plenty of character, and the WiFi worked well for a change. The location is great, though the building is a bit dated.

We booked late while pedaling our tandem across the Pyrenees, and were looked after with real warmth and care. The service was simply superb. We’ll be back.

I liked the quality in the way things were done and the wonderful, friendly staff. The pool was cool and refreshing, and I even stayed an extra night.

I stopped in for a coffee and met a friendly, very interesting gentleman. The atmosphere was nice, and I’d consider staying here if I return to Luchon.
