The view from the castle is spectacular, and the night sky from the unlit car park is fantastic. Please keep the lights off for those of us who enjoy stargazing. The road outside is busier than you'd expect, though it was barely noticeable from our room. The room itself was adequate but quite worn, especially the bathroom, which needs a full renovation. We were glad we could bring our dog, and she was very happy there.

Lovely surroundings and really tasty food. A very pleasant place, though it is expensive.
