We arrived in the late afternoon expecting to check in at Auberge des Pins, only to find that the one we’d booked was 120 km in the direction of Nice, in a village called Tourettes. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to find us a room for the night. The hotel is just outside Bandol, surrounded by nature. It seems to have been renovated recently, and we understood that a swimming pool may be added later. Our room was nicely furnished, with a great air-conditioning system. There’s no restaurant, so we ate in Bandol, but breakfast the next morning was simple and very enjoyable. Another friendly staff member served it on the terrace, which had a rather cool, slightly clubby feel. For a good night’s sleep in a boutique-style hotel close to the beaches around Bandol, it’s great value and I’d definitely recommend it.

The restaurant made quite an impression on us, with its Balinese decor and varied French menu. Our meals looked lovely, tasted great, and came in generous portions. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely end to the stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the bedding was perfect. Staff and management were attentive, pleasant, available, and discreet. The pool and large free private parking lot are real advantages too. I first came across this place about twenty years ago. After several years closed, the new management has turned it into a peaceful, high-quality place. We loved our stay.

We first found this place by chance, and came back today for a family birthday. The food was delicious, and the owners are wonderful. The servers were lovely too, always smiling and making sure we had what we needed. Thanks for everything. I’ll be back this summer, and again in September for another event. Bruno

We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, and the pool was closed during our stay. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and well soundproofed. We couldn’t hear the people having breakfast on the terrace. There’s free parking on site. You’ll need a car to reach the beach or the town center.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and we got to enjoy the pool and boules court during our day here. The food was good, and the staff were great, welcoming us warmly from beginning to end and making us feel at home. It’s a beautiful place with tasteful decor. I really enjoyed every part of our visit and would happily recommend it. Thanks to all the staff.
