The location is great, but I really can't recommend this hotel as it is. Someone should buy it and do a full overhaul, or the hotel should be sold. I want the team to understand the problem: a change in management is needed. I've travelled all over the world, and honestly, this was worse than some hotels I've stayed in in Cuba. The building is old, which by itself wouldn't bother me. The problem is that things haven't been looked after. I've stayed in plenty of older hotels in better condition. The carpet looks unhygienic, as if it was put down in the 50s and never changed. If it has been replaced, that's a shame, because it still looks quite disgusting. The whole building needs better ventilation. There's a dusty smell as soon as you walk in. I understand old buildings may not have proper ventilation, but that's why investment is needed. Charging over 100 euros a night feels like a scam. It seems more like a 50 euro room.

The position is excellent, close to both the beach and the city center. It was very hot, and there was no air conditioning or mosquito net, but Maria brought us an extra ventilation system. She was a great host, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. They were also fond of pets, which mattered a lot to me since I was on holiday with my dog.

A classic hotel with plenty of charm, right across from the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. Fabulous location in Bandol, would recommend.

We've loved coming here for the past three years. It's our favorite, with spacious accommodation, private parking and a great location. They also accept dogs, and the value for money is excellent. The only thing I'd change is the kitchens, which are a bit dated.

The comfortable bedding and the location with parking were about the only positives for us. At €147 a night, we expected better and came away very disappointed. The sewer smell was awful enough that we had to sleep with the window open, and it even woke us in the middle of the night. It was unbearable. There was no air conditioning, and the shower cubicle was so cramped it was hard to move around. Cleaning seemed superficial too, with papers under the radiator by the window when we arrived. We wouldn't stay here again.
