Anne was so helpful and knew the area inside out. She suggested a local Chateau for dinner and even made us an early breakfast before we left, which was a lovely way to begin the day. The gite was cozy and comfortable, spotlessly tidy, and beautifully presented. We had such a great stay in this lovely countryside village and would recommend it to anyone after a classic French holiday in a wonderful part of the Dordogne. Thanks, Anne & Bob!

La ferme buissonniére made one of my big life dreams come true. I got to wake up in a little French village, enjoy food from local farmers and fresh croissants with coffee, listen to the birds, and breathe in that feeling of the Real France. The family hotel is cozy, and you can tell the people running it really care about their work and their guests. It blends modern comforts with touches of French antiquity in an elegant way. Now I’m dreaming of coming back again and again. Thank you so much, Ann & Bob. You’re doing a wonderful job, and I’ll tell people about your lovely place. Bardou is a great spot to use as a base for a Dordogne holiday, and the rooms look fantastic. Ann and Bob are genuinely lovely people who know how to host a B&B. We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, especially Ann's homemade cake or pie each time. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. We'll definitely come back.
