The room was pleasantly furnished and had everything we needed for a short visit, though I’d choose somewhere else for a longer stay. The owner was pleasant and very friendly. The accommodation is beautiful, set in a historic building in the center of Barjac, on a quiet side alley. The cleanliness was a serious disappointment. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. In the bathroom, there were long black hairs all over the floor and beside the sink, and the whole room gave us the impression it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time.

The location is ideal, close to shops, excellent restaurants, and a wine bar, and the village itself is absolutely beautiful. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the welcome was very warm. I was especially touched that he accepted our dog so readily, since that isn’t always easy. Everything went smoothly, everyone was pleasant, and I highly recommend the place. I hope to return very soon.
