The spacious rooms and attentive, well-informed staff were the best parts of my stay. They clearly make an effort to recognize ALL (Accor Live Limitless) members. Some practical details fell short, though. We had to call reception before our laundry came back, and the shirts were ironed but left unfolded, making it harder to pack. When I asked, staff said they had never heard of folding shirts, which surprised me at this kind of hotel. Breakfast was slow on Sunday with only two people working, and getting luggage up the steps to the second floor could be a challenge, especially for anyone with mobility issues or heavier bags. There’s no on-site parking, the hotel’s private lot has very few spaces, and finding street parking nearby can be difficult when it’s busy. M Gallery 5 Terres is stylish and the staff are professional, but laundry, parking, and breakfast need work to match the expectations of a five-star boutique property. Worth considering if you’re prepared for a few inconveniences.

Coming in the off season made it easy to book the spa and restaurants, and they felt private with so few other guests around. The rooms, food, and service were all impressive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

The restaurant was superb, and the wine list was magnificent. I also liked that breakfast included products from local suppliers. The hotel itself has a lovely blend of very old and very new, and the small spa was atmospheric and just right after hiking. The staff clearly take pride in the place, and it feels well cared for.

It’s a small hotel, but a superb one. The lovely atmosphere comes from the people working there, whose warm attitude made our stay a pleasure.

Beautifully decorated, with a clean room and that old-world charm mixed with modern touches. The hotel and spa were both great. Highly recommend!
