A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Family Ecolodge" is located in Batilly-en-Puisaye. This hotel is located in the center of the city. Before going to bed, you can walk around the main landmarks of the city.

Breakfast felt very sparse. There are chickens on the farm, but no eggs were served, which seemed strange. The shared toilets could use more capacity. The rural French setting was peaceful, and staying in a cosy jurta was lovely, though the tents could use a way to open ventilation at the top. For a place considered eco friendly, I was surprised by the lack of waste sorting and by the aerosol sprays used in the toilets and showers.
