We only stayed because it was late, there were no other hotels available along our route, and we were desperate. We even went out of our way to get here, and it really wasn't worth it. The toilet and shower were disgusting, and the only towel we got was covered in stains. The place was as dirty as other reviewers have said. We booked online, but the machine wasn't working when we arrived, so we had to call central reservations and get them to wake the caretaker to let us in. I'm surprised Accorhotels hasn't cracked down on this hotelier given how many complaints he's had. I've stayed at plenty of ibisbudgets and they're usually decent. If you stay here, bring your own pillow, the ones provided are flat as a pancake. Avoid if you can.
2/10
The only upside was how cheap it was, and I guess you get what you pay for. I've stayed in plenty of Ibis Budget hotels without a problem, until this one. Maybe it's because a franchisee runs it. The room was never cleaned and the bedding wasn't changed. With temperatures around 35 degrees during our stay, the broken air conditioning made a good night's sleep impossible. Staff couldn't speak a word of English. And despite the name, this place isn't near the train station or much else. It was a long walk into the town centre, which wasn't great in the middle of a heatwave.
6/10
It's inexpensive, and you can walk to the train station in about 15 minutes. Breakfast costs a lot if it's not already part of your reservation.
4/10
There weren't any towels in the room, and it didn't seem very clean.
4/10
It's decent.
