It was clean, apart from the restroom, and comfortable, but I found it very expensive for what it was. The quality was pretty standard. The coffee was good enough, and the croissants were too. There were only two occupied tables in the coffee shop, but the bartender still seemed to be in a hurry.

We came in hungry, expecting a nice pancake breakfast for 4.50, but got just one lonely pancake. The waitress also seemed stressed, and we left still hungry. Really disappointing :(

We tried to order in English when the waiter brought us the French menu, but the waitress and waiter seemed unfriendly and only spoke French. This French bistro is trying to be a British pub, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

After three months in France, this was the first place where I could get a substantial breakfast without making it myself. The full English Breakfast was wonderful, and I couldn’t have been happier with it. The staff were very nice, too.

The coffee and sandwich we ordered were both really nice, and the service was quick. There are photos of the British Royal Family all over the walls, plus two resident dogs with a table of their own. I thought that was very sweet, and I’d gladly go back.
