The staff were caring and professional, but this was a TERRIBLE hotel. The breakfast was practically inedible and barely there: pastries, juice, bread, cereal, and a fake egg mix for protein. My wife and I both had stomach problems after eating it. Our room was tiny, and the temperature was hard to manage. We kept opening and closing the window through the night because of the heat. There’s no soundproofing, as others have mentioned. You hear everything through the paper-thin walls. We were travelling with our baby and had told them beforehand we needed a crib, but none was available. One staff member kindly tried to find one; the crib she brought had unwashed vomit on it, so we couldn’t use it. For a B&B, this is probably the worst experience I’ve had with the chain, and it’s made me reconsider booking with them again.

The room was good, and the CCTV-secured parking put me at ease. The service from the staff and admin team was excellent and efficient, both online and in person. Breakfast was delicious and light, and Edvige (Staff) was warm, professional, and polite.

After a long day of driving, the smiling welcome and quick check-in were much appreciated. I had my room code and invoice within three minutes. The hotel is right off the highway and has a large, secure parking lot. My room smelled a little musty, though the AC worked and the shower had strong pressure. It was quiet overnight, and the usual full breakfast made for a very satisfying stay. B&B Hotels is a reliable choice for me.

The rooms were clean and the location was fine. I thought breakfast at €10 per person was too expensive for what you get, so I’d skip it unless you have to eat there. It starts at 06:30 on workdays. The yogurts were very good, though.

It’s a budget hotel, but clean and handy for our trip to Spain. Check-in was easy, and the self-service breakfast was good. It does what it says.
