Premiere Classe Bayonne

I paid 84 dollars for what was literally the worst night of my life. The room was tiny, nowhere near worth that price, and the staff were deceiving. We reported bugs, but were told we should have contacted them as soon as we saw the first one. For that much money, the least they could do is make sure guests have a clean, safe room. The place could use a week of deep cleaning, and the rooms aren't soundproof, so sleeping was almost impossible. Just a terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I’ve stayed overnight here a few times over the years, and the facilities have steadily deteriorated. My room smelled funny and the shower drain was clogged. Unlike other hotels in the same chain, this place is outrageously overpriced and not good value at all. I'd rather pay a bit more somewhere else and be happy, instead of writing bad reviews. Todo bad. Next time I travel, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere, even though I’ll lose the convenience of being just off the motorway.

The bus service was nearly nonexistent, and the hotel is 2.5 km from the city. That spoiled our whole holiday plan. The rooms were OK, but nowhere near worth the money, and the staff were a bit cooperative. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep before heading out. The room was tiny, with one small window and only one power outlet. The water got very hot and the Wi-Fi was strong, but the business park location was noisy.
