Gite Le Haut Moucheron

We spent a week here with two families and five kids, and the pool and playground made it such a great stay. There are toys and things to do inside and out, so the children were never short of entertainment. The house is lovely, clean, and beautifully kept, set in a fairytale-like spot where everything seems to have been thought through. The owner is warm and really dedicated. We had an exceptional, almost idyllic holiday.

Our host was the highlight: so kind and welcoming, always available, and quick to sort things out when needed. The cottage itself is just as described, including the adjoining bedrooms, and works really well for a family or group of friends. It is wheelchair accessible too, with a ramp and a spacious adapted bathroom. There are cycling routes nearby along the canal and the Loire River. We'd love to return when it's warmer and make use of the pool. Thanks again, Catherine!

The place is exceptionally clean and has everything needed for a lovely family stay. The facilities are well worth mentioning, and the hospitality made the whole visit feel magical.
