Two weeks ago we had a €53 dinner and enjoyed it. Still, we couldn't quite see why the restaurant has a Michelin star. In Holland, we've eaten at many places with much better menus that didn't get a star.

A lovely place, with a nice pool and welcoming hosts.

The food was a surprise, and I was impressed and captivated by a cuisine that mixes tradition, modernity, and travel. The chef is passionate and engaging, the service was precise, pleasant, and impeccable, and we were greeted with a smile. Tucked away in the middle of nowhere, this restaurant is a real gem, with a superb, peaceful setting. I'd highly recommend making the detour. You won't be disappointed.

The two of them, a husband and wife, run this little corner of paradise, and their cooking is exceptional. It draws strongly on the local area, yet feels truly revolutionary. The menu changes every day depending on what's available and on the chef's creativity. Really excellent.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was really well balanced. Had a lovely evening and a great meal.
