The two vinyl chairs were in awful shape, and there was leftover shaved hair on the surfaces by the bathroom sink. I also didn't know the front door had to be locked by lifting the handle. I only found that out after messaging the owner, and the reply came too late. Since the key box problem had already made me late for a wedding, I had to leave the door open for hours. I was aware of the mezzanine bed and ladder when I booked the Cabin Room, and that part was fine. The trouble started when I arrived: I waited outside for about fifteen minutes while on hold, then had to argue that I'd paid a deposit and reserved the room before they gave me the key box code. I'd booked in March 2024 for one night in October and called twice to check the reservation, once in March and once in October. Both times they confirmed it was there. The owners didn't apologize. They kept saying I'd already been sent the code and that they'd changed booking systems. They asked my name five times on the phone, then told me, "It's not my responsibility, and you should have organized things properly!"

At the same price, this cozy studio was a much better deal than a hotel room. It had all the amenities, and the owners were really friendly.

For our one-night stay with four children, the apartment worked perfectly. It was beautiful and very clean, and the owner was friendly, accommodating, and available. We stayed in the Sweet Home apartment.

Everything was clean and very well equipped, with great decor. The owner was pleasant and very accommodating. Perfect!
