We especially liked spending the evenings on the breezeway above the pool as the sun went down. The apartment was spotless, roomy, and comfortable, including the mattress, and the little kitchen made it easy to keep breakfast and snacks from the grocery nearby. Charles and his wife made us feel welcome, and Charles pointed us toward places to see and shop. Beaune is a lovely small town, and this was a handy base for the vineyards and bike paths, with private parking too. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We’d happily come back. It’s an easy walk from this place on the edge of town through the cute center to the train station, about 15 minutes. The setup is like a B&B, with three self-contained apartments and the amenities you might need, plus shared extras like a pool and laundry. Jean-Charles was thoughtful, kind, and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Beaune.

Charles made us feel welcome right away, like friends. Our room was lovely, and even though the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the pool properly, the water was still nice for dipping our feet in. He offered to pick us up at the station and drove us there when we left. We’d love to return and stay here again.

We could walk into the town center easily, and the grounds were lovely and peaceful. Parking on the property was simple with a car. Our apartment had everything we needed, and the photos don’t really capture how nice it is. Jean-Charles welcomed us with local wine, gave us a map, and shared a few suggestions. Communication before arrival was quick and smooth, and he looked after us throughout. Staying here was the highlight of our France trip. We’re already hoping to return to Beaune and would stay here again.

Three of us each had our own apartment, and Jean-Charles and his family, who live on site, were lovely. The place is right by the circular road around Beaune, so getting in and out of town was easy. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the center, with parking on site. Highly recommend it.
