Maison Cabotte

We were very comfortable and well looked after. The hotel was scrupulously clean, well designed and thoughtfully laid out, and breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

My breakfast croissant was wonderful, and the room was fabulous too. A lovely little hotel on the outskirts of Beaune.

Breakfast was lovely, with really good local products and gluten-free crispbreads available on request. The staff were very friendly, and our small room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s about a 15-minute walk into central Beaune, and the motorway is easy to reach. We’d definitely book again.

The hotel is handy for the motorway, and as a three-star place it isn’t bad in itself. But arriving at night and finding there was no elevator, despite the description saying it was suitable for disabled guests, was deeply upsetting. We had a second-floor room, and my father-in-law was ill and unable to walk. After a long, tiring journey, I had to carry him on my back up to the room. Please make it clear in the description that there’s no elevator and remove the claim about disabled facilities. A blue envelope symbol by the door doesn’t tell guests what they need to know. The rooms are a little small and the thin walls make them quite noisy. Parking costs 4€ on a gravel road, breakfast is 13€ per person and very modest, and pets cost an extra 11€. The stay left a bad taste in my mouth.
