The staff were so kind and went above and beyond. I left my handbag at the restaurant, and they brought it right to our room before I even realized it was missing. After 12 days of driving around France, this was easily the best hotel of our family road trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, with very comfortable beds and pillows, and breakfast was amazing. We’d recommend it without hesitation for a comfortable family stay in Beaune.

We stopped here last weekend while driving from Spain to the UK. I was pretty tired, so I didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as much as I’d have liked. It’s right by the motorway, though the farmers had blocked the exit when we arrived. The welcome at reception was really friendly, the room was lovely, clean, and modern, and we enjoyed a quick drink at the bar. Dinner was very good and the restaurant staff were excellent too. Nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back one day.

We were driving a long way from Italy and needed a place to stop. The Novotel was ideally located near the highway exit. The room was clean, the staff were amazing, and both dinner and the buffet breakfast were great. Thanks for being so conveniently located.

Our two dogs were allowed in both the restaurant and our room, which was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed was good. We’ll visit again soon.

We had a perfect one-night stay in a comfortable, quiet, pleasant room. Even though the hotel is very close to the motorway, it was completely quiet. The wonderful shower and excellent dinner were definite bonuses.
