The studio is clean and has room for four, though the beds are small. It's in Beausoleil, close to Monaco, with shops and restaurants on the street nearby. The check-in and check-out arrangements are the main thing to sort out carefully. We couldn't check in until around 4pm, then had to leave at 10am. The explanation for such an early checkout was unclear: they said another booking meant the apartment had to be ready by noon. That gave us a check-in four hours later, which felt like very unequal treatment. Treating guests well matters, but it shouldn't come at the expense of other customers.
