ibis Beauvais Aeroport

I arrived at reception with my family, two adults and one child, on 25 september 2025. I understand that hotels have room occupancy rules, but the receptionist shouted at us as if we’d committed a crime. I had to ask her to stop. We felt humiliated, treated “like insects,” and I had to pay for another hotel even though I’d already paid here. The same employee came out to apologize later, but the damage was done. This behavior is unacceptable for an international chain like Accor. I hope Accor takes this seriously and makes sure no other guest, especially someone traveling with a child, has to go through this. In all my tourist life I’ve always received upgrades and gifts, never shouting and humiliation. Sincerely, Mario Herrera

It was a clean motel and looked like renovations were underway. The bathroom was very cheaply made, like a portable toilet or camper bathroom. The night manager wasn’t nice, but the morning manager was very helpful.

My room was spotless and very comfortable, with plenty of bathroom towels. It’s really convenient for the airport, with the shuttle bus stop just outside the hotel grounds and a stop to indicated place. A one-way ride costs 4 Euros.

The room was clean, quiet and lovely, and I had a great night’s sleep. They welcomed the dogs too.
