The place was quiet, with nice rooms and staff. I was hiking the GTJ and stayed here on the way. Half board included a good dinner and breakfast. They even let me swap the cheese gratin, which was excellent, but I'd already eaten it three times since it's a Jura specialty, for an Entrecote.

The staff were kind even though my French is pretty broken, and the hotel was quiet in early summer. I stayed while doing the Échappée Jurassienne. My room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom and shower. The food was so-so and didn't impress me much, but the hotel itself was great, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Breakfast was horrendous. There was no milk, cheese, or even plates, just Nutella and marmalade. The bread seemed days old, and the boiled eggs we asked for came out almost raw. We were told we'd paid a premium price because breakfast usually ended at 9:30, and we were apparently 15 minutes late. Nobody had mentioned the cutoff to us, and I can't imagine breakfast would've been much better if we'd arrived half an hour earlier. Our kids woke up very early during our one-night stay because the windows had no curtains at all. The hotel staff didn't think there was anything wrong with that. I can't recommend this place.

The fondue was the worst I've ever had. The cheese was tasteless and unmixed, with a layer of water sitting on top. Service was poor too, and the woman serving us wasn't nice. Don't eat here!
