Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fantastic bread, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Alain was lively and kind, and patient with my very poor French. He also gave us great restaurant suggestions. We came straight from the airport so we could be near Monet's house and gardens for an early visit, and the location made that easy. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. We'd happily return if we got the chance.

We liked this bed-and-breakfast so much that we added another night. Alain was warm, helpful, and really enjoyable to talk with, and his tips for places to see were all right on. Breakfast felt special, with fresh baguettes, croissants, and other breads from the local bakery. We definitely want to come back.

The location worked really well for exploring eastern Normandy, including Giverny, and breakfast was great. 'Le Havre de Bennecourt' is quiet, tastefully furnished, and well-equipped. Mr. Foucher was a wonderful, helpful host. Thanks to Alain and family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Being so close to the Seine was lovely, and we enjoyed the little tabac nearby, with deckchairs overlooking the river. Giverny was an easy drive along a beautiful road, which worked perfectly for our 9.30 slot. The BnB itself is beautiful, with stunning fixtures and furnishings, and thoughtful finishing touches. The breakfast was wonderfully high quality, and the coffee was the best I had during my three months in France. I'm fussy about food, and everything was just right. Alain answered all my questions and requests kindly. We had an outstanding two-night stay. Thank you, Alain, we'll recommend it to everyone.
