Bénodet has plenty of shops and restaurants, and made a good base for exploring this lovely part of Brittany. The town itself felt modern, clean and welcoming, with a beautiful beach and characterful quayside. We also had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this stylish, distinctive boutique hotel and spa. The rooms and personal service were of a high standard, cleanliness was excellent, and the generous continental breakfast and overall value impressed us. We’d happily recommend it.

The bed was super comfortable, and the central location worked well. We felt at home here, thanks in large part to the lovely landlady, who was caring and always ready to help. Breakfast was divine, with homemade pastries and chocolate spread, fresh orange juice and fruit salad, plus healthy options. The design has a refined, feminine touch in its colors and details, while still feeling modern. There’s also a sauna for relaxing and a small indoor play area for kids.

We slept well with the balcony doors open to the quiet outdoors, even though there was no air-conditioning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless, and the friendly, professional staff seemed to genuinely care about their guests. This is a small hotel with a cozy family feel, and the rooms are high quality. It was refurbished in 2016. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, and we’ll certainly return.

Restaurants and the beach are just a minute away, and the location is superb. The place was extremely clean, and we were very happy with our stay. Just be aware there’s no parking on Sundays or Mondays because of the market.

The room, or apartment, was lovely, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s in a good spot in an upmarket seaside area.
