The stay was pretty basic for a price that felt more than mid-range. The pool was good and clean. But the claim that “we can speak english” isn’t true in practice: when you ask something in English, they reply in French. For some families, having English spoken at a residence is a deciding factor, so I think it’s unfair to advertise that. The rooms also get far too hot. I know there’s no air conditioning, but there should at least be enough fans in the houses. The snack bar is very expensive for quick, greasy food.

A lovely quiet holiday spot, with a nice, shady apartment. Just keep in mind, it’s not somewhere to party all night...

The residence is in an ideal spot for exploring the Ardèche and enjoying all the nearby activities. We loved the welcome, setting, and location, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The only small downside was the bedding, which could do with an update for better comfort. Even so, we had an excellent stay and would happily recommend the place.
