Hotel Regina

The location is central and handy for exploring, and our room was warm and clean. But it was uncomfortably small, with barely enough room to move around, and the stay had several serious problems. The room lights flickered on and off by themselves, which felt unsettling and unsafe and needs immediate attention. Parking was another major issue. Nobody warned us beforehand that it was on an extremely narrow, tight street and almost impossible to access unless you have a very small car. Like many guests, I booked expecting parking to be straightforward and only found out the reality on arrival. That should be made clear in advance. All rooms are on upper floors, but there is no lift. Hauling luggage up several flights was exhausting, and this would be a serious obstacle for anyone with mobility challenges. The lack of information about both parking and access was disappointing and unacceptable. The hotel has potential, but management needs to improve communication, fix the safety issue, and make the rooms more functional. Until then, I can't recommend staying here.
