The hosts were VERY friendly and made me feel welcome. The dorm beds have privacy curtains and their own outlets, and I found the place clean, affordable at €25 a night for a dorm bed, and well equipped, with free WiFi, full access to a stocked kitchen, and somewhere to dry clothes. I let them know I'd be early, and they had my room ready by 11h15. In July, though, the room was pretty hot at night and I had trouble falling asleep. There was quite a bit of conversation and laughter downstairs until after midnight. It wasn't loud music or anything, but it was Saturday night, and with my door and window open because of the heat, I noticed it more. Cigarette smoke came into the room from time to time through the open window, and it lingered because the air circulation was limited at night. I think I'm more sensitive to that than some people. I'd strongly suggest bringing a fan in summer. That would probably solve most of my issues, and then it's a great place to stay.

Parking is 100 meters away, and there's a pleasant common area as well as clean rooms. The manager was friendly and gave us a warm welcome, taking great care of his guests. It's a great accommodation concept that deserves further development, and an address worth keeping.

A good stopover, just a few kilometers from the highway. The green room had twin beds and a very unusual bathroom. There's also a large kitchen and a common room with a TV.

I was there over the weekend of September 22nd to September 24th, 2018. The cottage sits right in the heart of Bessan, with the sea nearby and public transport close by, including Agde TER 7 km away. On Sundays there's a lovely market with local products, so you can shop. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and toilet, and the common areas, including the TV room, bar, and kitchen, are very well done. I recommend it!
