I booked through the website, but when I arrived at 10 pm there was nobody there. No one answered the phone or my email, so I had to find a hotel in a panic. Three months later, I still haven't received a refund. Avoid this.

It was okay, though the accommodation is old. There was mold in the bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies and dishes were lacking. Getting in touch with the owner was difficult.

We were seven people with two dogs, and the apartment worked well for us. The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient for several sights, with Super Besse ski resort nearby.

We came as a family of four for a summer break and found the cottage clean and spacious. Getting around was easy: most of the places we wanted to see were within a 25-minute drive, though Puy de Sancy took 45 minutes. The medieval village is beautiful and only five minutes away by car. A peaceful spot, and one I'd recommend if that's what you're after.

The kitchen was well equipped, and I was glad to have a barbecue too. We got a warm welcome and the keys right away, with no waiting. The owner was kind, attentive, and quick to respond to what we needed. The cottage is also well situated near Super Besse ski resort. Highly recommend it.
