B&B HOTEL Freyming-Merlebach

The room was quiet, and having parking, a Leclerc nearby, and quick access to the motorway made this an efficient choice. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The manager deserves a special mention for being welcoming, professional and friendly, and for always helping or anticipating what guests might need. Service like that makes a real difference, especially when it should be the norm. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Safe, super clean rooms, an easy check-in even at night, and a tasty, healthy breakfast with plenty of choices. For the price, the hospitality was way beyond what I’ve usually experienced at European hotels. I’ve stayed in other cities, and you just don’t find places like this nearby. Mr. Richard is the backbone of the place. He’s so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely stick with B&B Hotels from now on. This stay was totally worth it, and I highly recommend it!

Having the cleaning staff come into the room without knocking while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up made me uncomfortable. They were quite rude about it, and the whole thing felt very unprofessional.

Our group of 52 had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Freyming-Merlebach. Even with our late 10:30 PM arrival, receptionist Richard was there smiling and had already set aside a spot for our large coach bus, so parking wasn’t a problem. The hotel handled a group of our size flexibly, and things went smoothly throughout. Check-in was quick and organized. The rooms aren’t very large, but they were comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of food for everyone, even in such a big group. Richard was especially helpful, kind and cheerful, and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We’d be very happy to come back with the group. Highly recommended!
