ibis Styles Béziers Centre

My bus arrived late, and this hotel was supposed to have rooms available. I got there at midnight, and the woman at the desk was incredibly rude, hostile and no help at all. I asked her to help find a nearby hotel with a room. She had a computer and internet, but refused. I stayed in the atrium and waited. She called the police on me, even though all I'd done was ask for help finding a room nearby. That's a completely outrageous attitude for a concierge. I travel internationally and stay at IBIS hotels across Europe, so I expect better. I hope that woman is fired and faces serious professional consequences. There was no reason for the drama, just her unwillingness to help.
