Le Sémard by Béziers 1609 Résidences

It’s on a quiet street, close to the city center and shops, which made the location ideal. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped, and would work for a few days or a longer stay. I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Béziers who wants comfortable surroundings.

Be careful with these apartments. Some are lovely, but the one we were given was filthy and nothing like the photos. It looked onto an alley where dogs relieved themselves, and the room had no windows. There was only enough kitchenware for one person and just one chair at the table, even though there were two of us and they knew that perfectly well. It was awful. I can only respond here to your comment. Yes, there were two tiny windows, both on the same wall and facing that same disgusting alley. We booked through Booking.com, so there’s no doubt it was you. Booking.com refunded us after we sent them the photos. Don’t call me a liar. I’m not.

The apartment was clean, bright, well equipped and in an unbeatable location. We felt comfortable and at ease during our couple of days there. It was on the third floor, so be aware there’s no elevator and you have to use the stairs. Paid parking is five minutes away and costs €14.50 for 24 hours, but it was worth it for the peace of mind of leaving the car there. The service was very good. Philippe looked after us and everything was perfect.

Everything was close by, which made exploring the city easy. We had a lovely stay and a very warm welcome. The apartment was practical and nicely decorated, and the bedding was comfortable. We’d gladly come back.
