As of June 7, 2026, the outdoor pool is still shut and the gate has been left open because it’s broken. Nothing seems to be looked after. This residence is apparently managed by Foncia, supposedly the worst real estate agency in France, and this kind of interference is shameful. The owners need to get together and demand financial compensation from Foncia, which is taking substantial fees while doing nothing. Foncia should be taken to court and lose the management contract for the residence.

The beach is magnificent, and the place itself is lovely, clean, and laid out well. But the prices are way too high. A double sunbed in the first or second row costs €250, beer is €10 a glass, and a spritz is €20. Apart from breakfast, meals all start at €30. Everything feels overpriced. Walk a kilometer and you’ll find a little restaurant with €6 food and €3 beer. The gap in prices is incredible.

The houses are roomy, and ours had two toilets. There are lots of facilities, including swimming, tennis, and basketball, plus a pretty good restaurant beside the pool. The furnishings are a little dated and you only get the basics, but it’s still a good place overall.
