The sea and fishing port views are spectacular, and the welcome was warm and friendly. The rooms are roomy, some absolutely enormous, while the lounges and terraces are so comfortable you could spend the day reading, relaxing or listening to music. Their ceilings are 5 meters high. Villa Le Goëland has kept the character of a grand home from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, even after its owner Paul Darraignez completely renovated it, and it has all the comforts of a modern hotel. We enjoyed every part of our stay. A perfect 10/10.

The restoration is still underway, and what’s been done is magnificent. This villa is more than exceptional. Preserving outstanding villas in Biarritz like this is just perfect.
