The location is right by the water and close to the city center, perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved the stay, especially the breathtaking ocean view and sunsets from the terrace while having an aperitif. Walking along the seafront with our feet in the water was unforgettable. The service was excellent and cleanliness adequate, but the room could use a refresh. The large windows let in too much noise, and the bathroom needs work too. The vanity was so deep I couldn’t even put on makeup. Parking is difficult, since the hotel has none and spaces in Biarritz are extremely expensive. It’s a shame the hotel only serves breakfast. The coffee was very average, and they should offer espresso. We highly recommend the Surfing restaurant downstairs, especially the excellent grilled baby squid. 👍👍👍😍+++ ❤️🥰

The ocean view was breathtaking, and our room felt like pure luxury, decorated with exquisite taste. It was an unforgettable, magical stay, a little paradise our children are still dreaming about. We were so taken with it that we’ll definitely book again. Thank you for that special interlude 💙

Everything was spotless, the service was excellent, and the hotel was top-notch. You can drive down, though you have to take the coastal road around.

The room and bathroom were roomy, and the sea views from the windows are stunning. That view probably accounts for the high price, though the windows themselves could really use a clean. The hotel is also a little out of the way in Biarritz.
