The homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious, and the beach and fantastic restaurants are only a short walk away. Biarritz is a great town, with friendly people everywhere. This family run hotel was wonderful, and the rooms had everything we needed, including aircon for the hot months. The staff made us feel at home from check-in, like we were part of the family. We'd happily stay again when the time is right, and I'd highly recommend it.

Jacques and Delfina gave us a welcome that was beyond what we'd expected. The people behind the hotel were so warm, and our room was clean and comfortable too. It's conveniently close to the important things. We loved our first visit to Biarritz, and this hotel made it special.

A small hotel, decorated with taste, and the owner-run setup means they pay great attention to detail. Breakfast was good too. Really nice to see a family business doing well. I'd highly recommend it!

I booked at the last minute for my son and me and felt I'd really lucked out. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and simple, and we loved the location. Breakfast was delicious too. We had the most perfect stay!

The receptionist spoke fluent English and was very friendly and welcoming. There was a great privacy curtain, and the hotel was spotless in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. I skipped breakfast, though I was told it uses fresh produce that day. Highly recommend.
