Our host, Hélèna, was incredible and gave us great recommendations. The location in the city was perfect, and the hotel was amazing value. We loved it so much that we added an extra night. Can't recommend it enough, and we'll be back!

The location is good, and we got a friendly welcome along with useful local tips. We knew we'd booked their cheapest room in August, but for that high price I expected more. The room felt very bare, with nothing homey like pictures on the walls. The bed was hard and the shower small.

The hotel is clean and central, and Elena was very helpful. Breakfast was good and we had a great stay. Just be aware there's no lift, so the stairs may be an issue if you don't like them.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the host/owner was lovely and ready to help with anything we needed. I did wish the sound isolation was better.

Some of my things were stolen from the hotel. The rooms are very small and old, and they don't have air conditioning.
