Les Patios dEugénie (BIA801)

The pool was well kept, with loungers where it was nice to sit or swim, and the staff were the real highlight. They were so helpful and spoke English, which made things easier with my basic French. I’d give them six stars! The apartment had a comfortable sofa, a generous dining table, a small TV, cutlery, a microwave, a dishwasher, and plenty of bins. It was in a quiet area and had everything we needed, including heated towel rails and instant hot water. I’d have preferred one double bed instead of two singles pushed together, but that’s just personal preference.

It’s close to the beach and shops, and a nice place to stay, but there was a lot of noise. The baby chair could also use an upgrade. It’s bulky for babies under two.

The apartment was very roomy and clean, and the location was great for the beach, shops, and center. I’d come back, and our one-year-old loved it. Parking was a bit tricky, though, and internet wasn’t included.

Even though we told them five days ahead that our child was dying in hospital, they wouldn’t cancel the reservation or refund us.
