The apartment and rooms have been renovated really well. It was quiet and calm in winter, though probably livelier in summer with the amenities, including a swimming pool and balconies in some rooms. Would recommend!

Reception staff were kind, and they can't be blamed for the hotel's awful condition. The owners should be held accountable. It feels like guests are treated more like prisoners, with the same small towels for a week and nasty notices everywhere saying you'll be fined if you leave after 10 AM. It's not cheap, and this was a horrible experience. Stay away from this nightmare. The owners have let the place fall apart: the lobby is disgusting, the pools are in terrible shape, hallways are scruffy with peeling paint and carpets coming apart, and the elevators don't work. Some hallway lights were out too, making them feel unsafe. My apartment was filthy, stinky and moldy, with a constant urine smell from the toilet. The tub was scratched and marked, and the bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils were worn out and didn't work, while the ugly, oversized kitchen furniture made it hard to move around. This place should be condemned, and the owners fined for mistreating and ripping off their clients. They're slum hotel lords.

After a 16-hour drive with my family, I had high hopes for this place. We'd booked five months ahead for a family gathering of nine and knew it might not be top-tier. Of the three rooms, two were satisfactory, but duplex room 96 fell short on cleanliness and value for the price. It hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, the bath waste was blocked, and the toilet smelled of urine. We also felt the receptionist, the blonde one, could have been more helpful. I'd advise checking your booking and the room condition carefully.

The views were great, the setting stunning and the staff helpful. The rooms were functional and clean, but cramped: the double bed nearly filled the bedroom, and the toilet's water tank was dangerously close to your head when standing. It was okay for a night, but probably not somewhere we'd choose to stay longer.
