The staff were friendly and caring, the kitchen area was well equipped, and the bedding was spotless. The bed was very comfortable too. Great location. Highly recommend!

4/10
The location is the one real plus, very convenient and right in the center. But this is an apartment, not a hotel, despite calling itself a four-star, even premium, hotel. Don't expect any room cleaning at all. At checkout, guests are expected to clean up, wash dishes, take out rubbish, gather dirty towels and ventilate the apartment. For that price, it's ridiculous. I've never paid so much and received worse service than at a roadside motel. Anything provided inside costs extra, and those fees are high.

The location was brilliant, an easy walk to the beach and central for buses too. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. A great place to stay.

The hammam has mold that should be cleaned. I wouldn't call that safe for guests.

The city made us feel welcome, and we were just as pleased with the hotel, its staff, and what it offered. We'd recommend it.
